  • NORMAL TURNAROUND TIME: What Is Your Turnaround Time?

    • Normal turnaround is 2 to 3 weeks from the later of the time we receive your order, your artwork, or payment.

      We generally recommend that you allow yourself at least two weeks (plus shipping time) from when you actually need your order in-hand.

      We always do everything we can to work with our customers to meet any deadline they have.  Please be sure to indicate your preferred delivery date on our Enquiry Form when you contact us, to help us expedite your order.

      We will give you a planned completion / shipping date at the time you place your order.

  • RUSH JOBS: Do You Do Rush Jobs?

    • All the time! Get in touch with us, and we'll do our best to work with you. Depending on the time of year and availability of time on the schedule, rush charges may apply, but we try to avoid this whenever possible. Please contact one of our friendly Customer Service Reps as soon as possible to discuss further, either by calling our toll-free number at the top of this page, or by submitting a request using our Enquiry Form.

      It will help immensely if you can get us your artwork as soon as possible. You can attach your artwork to the Enquiry Form, or you can simply e-mail it to us directly at info@printedshirts.ca
