  • NORMAL TURNAROUND TIME: What Is Your Turnaround Time?

    • Our normal production turnaround is approximately 2-3 weeks from the time your order is placed until it is ready to ship.

      Turnaround can vary depending on the products, decoration, quantity, and how busy we are at the time of your order.

      Please also allow for shipping time from Winnipeg to your city when determining when you need to place your order.

      If you have a firm in-hand date, please let us know before ordering so we can confirm whether your required timing is achievable.

  • RUSH JOBS: Do You Do Rush Jobs?

    • Yes, depending on our production schedule and exactly how quickly you need your order.

      Our normal turnaround is approximately 2-3 weeks from the time your order is placed until it is ready to ship. If you need something sooner, please contact us as early as possible with your required in-hand date, the products and quantities you need, and your artwork if available.

      Rush pricing or surcharges may apply and will reflect the requirements of the order, including how quickly it needs to be completed. We'll let you know what is possible and any additional cost before you place your order.
